I'm in need of some help. I use this software to burn movies from my Simpletech HDD. When it's ready to burn the disk, it's asking for a BD-R or BD-RW disk to be inserted into the burner. I do have a BD player/burner on my pc, it's a DELL xps 420. I have used this software for other movies from the same source and it works fine. It's just this one show that is giving fits( and it's not recorded in HD). Any idea's??.......thanks, Pumper

You are not compressing it enough. There should be an option to make it fit on a 4.7gb disc. Choose that option.

Choose that option.Well I couldn't find the option for 4.7gb, but I did it manually with the minute and second window and set it for 3 hour and about 3.9gb, I still got the same message as before......So know I'm trying again, this time I set the time to 2 hours and 15 minutes at 2.9 gb's.....I'll report back and let ya know how it worked, hopefully it does
My friend , in the General settings, click on Encoding and in Target size select

I am at a loss as to why this is not working. Is there somewhere that has all the settings it's settings it's suppose to be at?.....thanks again YYZ and Kal-E
